In the fast-paced world of business, maintaining effective communication and fostering meaningful relationships with customers is crucial. However, NexusCRM solves big problems businesses face.
- One big problem is that businesses struggle to communicate well with their customers. NexusCRM fixes this by making communication smoother and easier.
- Another problem is that some software is hard to use. NexusCRM simplifies and easy to understand, so businesses can get things done faster.
- Also, businesses need to understand their data to make good decisions. The app helps with this by giving businesses clear reports and analysis of their data.
- Lastly, keeping track of customer history and making changes to their information can be tough. The app makes it simple by organizing all customer data neatly and making it easy to update.
Approach Workflow
In developing NexusCRM, we conducted a research to understand the common challenges businesses face in communication and data management. By examining existing CRM solutions and gathering insights from potential users, we identified key pain points such as difficulty in understanding data quickly and inefficient tracking of past actions. This research guided our design decisions, leading to the creation of features like the Dashboard and Repost, which aim to address these specific problems. We drew information architecture and user flow. moving forward we then designed the website. Through the use of colors and styles, we ensured that important information stands out, making the app easy to navigate and use effectively.

- Visual Hierarchy: Elements on the dashboard are arranged in a way that prioritizes the most critical information, profit, Ingested, accepted and failed section at the top or in a prominent position.
- Contrast: Used contrasting colors to differentiate between different sections of the dashboard, making it easier for users to distinguish between profit, ingested, accepted, and failed sections.

- Von Restorff Effect: Visual cues, such as color Blue, was used to make the "Add New Client" button stand out, encouraging user action.
- Law of Proximity: Related client information fields were grouped together to signify their connection and enhance usability.

- Decoy Effect: An option was introduced to easily create a repost history, motivating users to make use of this feature.

We designed NexusCRM to help businesses with communication and data management. By focusing on making it easy to use and understand, we want to help businesses grow.
