Challenge

As the Technical Head at Yoska, my primary goal was to enhance the experience for participants of the Ironman 70.3 Goa event. Traditionally, team formation for relay races was a cumbersome process, relying heavily on phone calls and paper communication. This method was not only time-consuming but also inefficient, making it challenging for athletes to connect with potential teammates. Given the increasing interest in triathlons and the growing number of participants, it was essential to streamline this process. We needed a modern, scalable solution to simplify team-building for relay teams while improving overall engagement and satisfaction for athletes.

To address this challenge, we partnered with Intuio Software Labs to develop a cross-platform app that could efficiently manage team formations for the Ironman 70.3 Goa event.
